My weightloss journey a journey to getting in shape

Back between the years 2018 and 2019 I noticed shortly after I finished high school and started college I was gaining weight. I might not have looked like a fugly big cow but I had no muscles and was starting to gain a few pounds. If I had kept my eating habits I would have been fatter than a fugly cow.  The intense feeling of having pizza for breakfast or eating a bucket of kfc and looking my self and hating my self for doing it. I would eat and eat and go to the gym and still look the same. I knew I needed help to kick these habits and thanks to core power yoga I was able to achieve it and recover.  I gotten a free week to core power yoga back in January of this year and took my first sculpt class with Danielle. I had felt good not only did was I started to lose weight but all the floppy part of my stomach was turning into muscle. Shortly after I got an partnership with core power yoga one of my jobs aside from my projects and being an professional blogger. I'm very grateful for joining core power because shortly after I was able to kick my bad eating habits for good.  After one sculpt class I started doing more and noticed my body looked similar to one of those Victoria secret models in a healthy way.  I started working for core power part time supervising and finding ways to improve class techniques and make class more enjoyable. I also developed some cool friendships and love  I started eating a balanced diet since joining core power yoga and no longer look fat or chubby or a zombie I still eat kfc or fast food now then but I always remember to do a sculpt class while I still have my partnership with core power yoga. I eat better now and no longer look sick. Thank you all for letting my share my story and if I can do it anybody can.

The optismtic of dating apps

In the era where having a significant other is such a big deal or having a sex life these things
sometimes don't come natural anymore. Where people look for partners the old fashion way by meeting them in person as opposed to a swipe on a app such as tinder or bumble.  In this era some people use dating apps as a way to either find love or just plain fun sex.  Do we really need to use dating apps do all people on dating apps just wanna fuck? and not get to know the person and who they are. Aside from using a fancy dinner as a muse to later get in their pants and then like a one night stand forget they ever existed or even happened.  It all depends on the person not all guys are the same and not all care about big butts and burns. They are some circumstance's just like meeting someone at a coffee shop or library people who actually want to get to know the person. The only difference is that is threw an app and not in person aka the natural human way of love and bonding. Its ok to use dating apps to find love or perhaps even a new friend. You gotta always remember to just be careful when using these apps. Behind the app and each swipe is another human being who might be looking for the same thing. If your just looking on dating apps to fuck then make sure that person is on the same page and no feelings are hurt in the process. If not then give them a thanks for meeting you but no thanks. The only way for love to work whether its just love or fooling around is for both sides to fit like magnets. Its ok to use dating apps the people on them some of them just don't want sex. Its dating apps for a reason if its all about sex and only sex it would be the birds and the bees app and not dating apps or the names tinder and bumble. I think dating apps are alright but right now I'm not trying to jump into anything wheres just sex and i don't actually know the person. I'm take my love life just like i have my morning cappuccino's sweet and slow. I wanna know what do you think about dating apps ? Glow sleeping mask review

I love beauty masks they are a like a quick mini facial without the creams and scrubs used in a facial. I love the ones that hydrating and with oils that get rid of dry skin. I came across the glow sleeping mask at the blog her creators summit back in September. The difference between regular face masks and sleeping face masks is that sleeping masks are used before bedtime and are washed out in the morning. They both similar things aimed to do at the skin moisturizing. I put on the glow sleeping mask right before i went to bed the other night. You need a spatula not the cooking spatulas to lay over your skin. I wouldn't recommend using your fingers and touching your face. The next morning what i noticed was my face was moisturizing and i had less puffy eyes.  i also less dark spots aka i didn't need to go crazy on my face mask to make my face less tired. I love this face mask as equal as regular face masks that i normally use. I would recommend this face mask to everyone it smells like fruit and is helpful for those who have wrinkles i don't but its helpful for people who do. You can buy this product online or in store. What mental health day means to me

Today is mental health awareness day and to me it means alot of things and emotions. Mental health is something that is not to joked around with. They are people out there who struggle with mental health and go things such as depression and anxiety and fear. That is what inspired me to be apart of mental health organizations  The negative emotions that come with feeling so lost and so alone.  In my experience threw out my youth years I've struggled with feelings of sadness of wanting to be accepted for who i was as a person. I had dealt with fake people backstabbing people and bad experiences that inspired me to help others and share kindness. We all go threw rough stuff but we cant let it define us who we are. Its OK sometimes to scream and shout and let it all out. It just means your human and its natural none of us in this planet haven't gone threw an experience that's either shaped us or changed us. Lets all remind ourselves that we don't have to be every body's friend but we also don't have to be really a mean to someone. Lets all just be kind to one another and with that we can make a difference in a world.

Oreo maple creame review

Oreos is one of my favorite cookies and the golden one is also one of my favorites.
Oreos is always coming up with crazy flavors such as mint chocolate chip,pumpkin,strawberry shortcake,peanut butter and chocolate and among other flavors. Some of these flavors taste artificial or like a taste of a candle topped with white sugar. When I came across the flavor maple creame I was really excited to try it.
 The smell of packing of the oreo reminds you of fall that sweet smell of syrup. It almost reminds you as if you had fresh hot ready pancakes or waffles ready on top with maple syrup. This cookie is really sweet just like all the other limited edition cookies. It doesn't have much of an artificial taste but it is really sweet and its best paired with milk. If you are the kind of person that loves sugary cookies you will love this one its just like waffles and syrup.  I give it a 4 of 5 its very sweet but reminds me of waffles and syrup something I always enjoyed since I was a kid. Back to school tips

Its that time of the year again getting ready to go back to school and for me as well. This semester I'm finishing my beauty essentials from fit and parsons. I'm also looking to take creative writing courses at a university I'm not going to disclose in protection of my privacy. Whether your in grade school ,college or wherever it is that your studying it can be a headache. Here are some of my tips i used in grade school and college as well.

1) Keeping a planner-I always found that keeping a planner is very helpful it also helps you keep
track of important dates and meetings. There is important things such as homework's,due dates an upcoming test. When it comes to tests its always important to write them down so you can be able to study for it ahead of time.

















2) Tests/homework- Sometimes teachers or professors might tell you that index cards help you study which they do. That is only the case if your are studying for a vocabulary exam or memorizing words. Writing words and their definition it only gives you memorizing words and what they mean. You are not really learning the material or what is expected to be on the test. The best way to really learn and pass the test is to pay attention in class. While in class don't take notes of every single part of a lecture but key things and important things you might want to remember. One of the greatest things is tutoring.Tutoring really does help i went to tutoring regularly threw out college and grade school not only on tests but regularly and i passed. When it comes to homework just do your homework on the day you receive it. If you keep saying your gonna do it then your not. Even if the homework is due in 2 weeks do it the same day.













3) Waking up- Waking up at 6am can be really stressful and especially getting ready for school and even when your living on dorm in a campus. The best way not to feel so tired in the morning is to get 8 hours of sleep don't be up past 12am or 11pm.My bedtime is usually 11pm even as a college student. If I'm in bed by 11pm ill be ready for 930am lecture. If you know you have class the next day don't party your ass off. Its best to have night out on the t own or party time when there is no class the next day.

4) School shopping-Your best bet for getting simple things like notebooks and pencils and pens is staples. They those supplies for as low 50 cents a item.They are other stores such as target or your local department store that has great stuff as well.



















5) Lunch- Food is essential in any school day you cant function without food and the best way to carry snacks threw out the day between classes like bag of healthy chips a fruit cup or apple sauce something small and healthy. When it comes to lunch if you hate caterfertia food i do college cafeteria food sucks and is equivalent as grade school food. Pack your own food head to your local supermarket and buy bread or make your self a sandwich with fruit cup or juice.

Dont's of trying to get rid of a heartbreak from a relationship

When it comes to heartbreak its something beyond our control and with a wave of uncomfortable feelings. They are many things we often do that make the feelings of a heartbreak worse to overcome. Here are some dont's on getting rid of a heart break.

1) Follow them on social media-Unless your not part of a friendly group like the kids on 90210 or gossip girl or any other group friends. Then you shouldn't be following them on social media. That just creates more hard feelings of trying to forget on how they made you feel.You will be consents seeing those what they are up to and have the urge to contact them.  Things like facebook twitter instagram and other any of their social media accounts at least until things calm down.

2) Text them or call them-You should not text them or call them consistently after a breakup aside
the convos about the breakup if its all said and done in a relationship and then you should restrain from calling them or texting them.

3) Trying to find rebound sex- Rebound sex after a breakup might seem really fun and pleasurable but if your are just doing it to get revenge on your ex or pity your self. That will just make you stoop so low lower than the lowest of the low.

4) Getting over the top drunk - Many people find themselves in bars or in places where they drink so much alochal they have no idea where they are. Alochal might be so good to drink but its not a way to think its fix all the shit in your relationship in one night or by cup sip of vodka.

Living life with Stephanie the relaunch of a lifestyle brand .

In 2011 i was just 13 years old when i created my first blogger account. I loved to listen to the radio and there was DJ in particular who i loved listening to Lisa Paige on 923now. She had a blog called pampered with Paige. I Became a daily reader and loved how fun blogging was and the joy it brought. I created '''Stephanie'' and started blogging in 2012 with no sub focus and wrote just about anything on the blog.I even got to try out products i would receive influenster boxes and the company skinny cow sent me a huge delivery to review their ice cream. I Knew from the moment that not only was i receiving treats and free stuff i was also making people smile as well. I knew i could create something special and unique in the blog sphere.  Career wise i never imagined my self as a professional blogger growing up i always thought i would be a veteran or artist.I fell in love with blogging and shortly after i fell in love with YouTube and creating content with videos. I later changed ''stephanie'' around 2015 to living life with Stephanie and found a main focus lifestyle. When i saw the joy that i was making people smile and the interaction with my supporters. My heart became full of happiness. Why not create a blog that people could enjoy to be able to put aside the drama in the lives for 10 minutes or more and just go on the blog. In January of this year i made plans for me and my team to relaunch the brand.  I wanted to come back sweeter bigger and have the .com domain to make my blog officially mine with all the rights. I had hosted the blog on word press on www.livinglifwwithstefaniblogspot.wordpress.com for its temporary home. I had went to look for designers and later to buy the blog.  The blog was originally gonna be relaunched in may after i had plans to buy the rights from google. During may i had a foot problem and wasn't able to walk anymore. It was a difficult time i had to surgery at the end of may and put my dreams on hold until i could be able to walk again.  Once i was able to walk again by end of June plans for the brands relaunch went back to motion. I couldn't be happier in making people smile each day and going with this new journey and era. Thank you guys for the bottom of my heart for all the love in the world. How to become a successful blogger

Starting a blog can be exciting and everyone wants their blog to be successful I've started blogging when i was entering high school back in 2012.  I had no idea what i was doing and it took a while to achieve the success i have today. Here are some tips on how to become a successful blogger.


1) Have a name for your blog-

The name is the most important part of your blog it gives readers what the
blog is about. For instance my blog is called living life with Stephanie it gives readers
that my blog is a lifestyle blog.  Choose a name that stands out and what your blog is
gonna be about. If your creating a food blog some names that are good are the ''the eatery'' or if your a creating a fitness blog some names like ''insert your first name'' life.

2) Creating a topic- Every blog needs a main topic for your blog is the most essential in your
blog. Your main topic in your blog could be fitness with a little bit of food and fashion. Create a main focus for your blog and then add other mini topics if you want. My main topic is lifestyle but i also do mini posts such as beauty or food.  If you need help on creating a topic think whats your favorite topic to write about? and passionate about. When it comes to creating a blog don't talk about your self but something people care about.

3) Finding a host for your blog- Every blog needs a host a home to they are several sites to start your blog some sites such as blogger my current host.  If your looking for your blog to be a business i suggest word press. Its best for creating your blog into a business and helps you with that. Another site such as blue host. Blue host will be living life with Stephanie new permanent home starting this march into April.  Blue host works really well with your blog and works well with platforms such as google AdSense. When it comes to working out and staying in shape i love working out and taking
yoga classes. One of my favorite things about fitness classes it works better in toning your muscles and helps you sleep at night compared to using gym equiqnment. I always take yoga classes whether its on YouTube or in a yoga studio. I recently got a free week to core power yoga and took my first yoga sculpt class with Danielle. I love their studio in flat iron in Manhattan its small and its near Starbucks and easy access to a smoothie shop.  Danielle was super sweet and didn't make you feel bad if you were doing the yoga class correctly. The yoga sculpt involved use of weights and basic yoga poses. If you are trying yoga classes or a yogi beginner stick to the basics first and once you get the hang of it then move on.  Core power yoga offers your first week free to newcomers and a free towel rental and mat for your first day. I would suggest bringing your own mat if you want to continue taking yoga classes and book online. They offer a variety of memberships with a single class at 32 dollars.  I give core power yoga a 4 out of 5 stars. I would give them a 5 if they weren't a bit pricey. Veet wax strips review

When it comes to either eyebrow hair or upper lip hair or any body hair i find unattractive and not sexy i always use hair removal as a method. I hate uni brows so much i had in middle school and it felt like my face was a beaver and i started convincing my parents to take me to the salon every 2 weeks to remove it.  I Started working and got a part time jobs and all that stuff and would use the money i would earn aside from the fun things i would save a small portion of it for waxing and hair salon duties.  I like to do my own waxing i just don't touch my vagina or my eyebrows that's done to a professional no matter how many days i have a bad brow or bad vagina. The best thing about getting my vagina waxed is that if I'm not currently dating anyone i don't have to worry if there is even a little hair on it which i freak out on. When it comes to drugstore waxes i don't recommend touching your eyebrows or using it for a Brazilian wax.  Waxing your own eyebrows can lead to ingrown hair with drug store waxes. When it comes to trying do a Brazilian its very hard to do you don't get to remove all of the unwanted hair. I always get asked since i was in grade school and i still get asked in college how do i keep my face so nice and my eyebrows so arch. When it comes to my eyebrows i do them every 2 weeks by a professional and tinting every 4 weeks.  When it comes to my upper lip i prefer drug store waxes and i love the veet easy for face wax strips. They cost 6 or 8 dollars depending on where you buy them. I like to get my mind at dollar general they are only 2 dollars and save me alot of money.  The veet wax strips are only for the face the one I'm reviwing don't expect to buy a box and think that they could be used on any other body part they cannot. The strips are very small and are very sticky. I would recommend warming up the wax for easy hair removal i warmed up in my hands for about 5 minutes before i placed them and used the wax. They do get rid of the fuzz if you wax properly. I wax how i usually wax ripping the strip in the opposite hair direction of the growth. I recommend these strips to someone who wants to wax their upper lip and bottom. They even work for getting rid of nose hairs. I give these 5 out of 5 just a quick tip use baby powder before and after as wax always leaves a red face.
